Product Details
1. The sieving mechanism is split, and the sieve is divided into several pieces to reduce the operating cost after the sieve is damaged; the chamber divider is thickened, which can be used for life, and the maintenance and replacement link is canceled;
2. The structure is reasonable. It incorporates many national patents such as multi-cavity structure, hammer positioning, adjustable hammer screen clearance, oil lubrication, etc., which have high efficiency and low energy consumption in the fuselage technology;
3. The oil lubricating structure is adopted to solve the key problems of low bearing speed limit, heavy rotor load and difficulty in making high-power pulverizer and short life;
4. The key parts such as the casing and the machine base are processed by a high-precision machine tool. The rotor is subjected to high-precision dynamic balance detection and processing, which makes the whole machine run more smoothly and the safety is more reliable;
5. The transmission part of the fuselage is equipped with manual brakes to help reduce non-production time and improve production efficiency;
